Lot 3 : Supply, Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of Equipment for the Media Library (200 m²) on the second floor and the Museum (200 m²) on the third floor of the Maison de la Culture SAWA.
The Call for Tenders file can be withdrawn during working hours, as soon as this notice is published, at the Directorate of General Services and Heritage, Sub-Directorate of Public Procurement of the Urban Community of Douala, located at 1.049 , Rue Pasteur – 5th floor SCI building in Bonanjo BP 43 Douala, Tel. : (237) 233 421 509 / Fax: (237) 233 426 950, against presentation of a receipt for payment of the non-refundable sum of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) FCFA payable to the Municipal Revenue of the CUD, located in Bonanjo . This receipt must identify the payer as a representative of the company or wishing to participate in the Call for Tenders.
Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond established by a first-rate bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry of Finance and the list of which appears in document 10 of the DAO, and valid for thirty ( 30) days beyond the original validity date of the offers. The amount of :
1. 1,400,000 FCFA (One million four hundred thousand)
2. 1,860,000 FCFA (One million eight hundred and sixty thousand)
3. 1,540,000 FCFA (One million five hundred and forty thousand)
