Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond (in accordance with the model attached in the appendix) drawn up by a first-class bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and the list of which appears in the document 2 of the DC, in the amount of One hundred and sixty thousand (160,000) CFA francs per lot . In accordance with Order No. 093/CAB/PM of November 05, 2005 setting the amounts of the bond and the purchase costs of the DAO, in the absence of this bid bond, SMEs with national capital and managers can produce a mortgage legal.
The provisional security will be automatically released no later than 30 daysafter the expiration of the bid validity date for unsuccessful bidders. In the event that the tenderer is the successful tenderer, the provisional guarantee will be released after constitution of the definitive guarantee.
