Context The Government of Cameroon has obtained funding from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), which it plans to use in part to cover the completion of this work. The use of IFAD funds is subject to IFAD approval, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the financing agreement and in accordance with IFAD rules, policies and procedures. IFAD and its representatives, agents and officials are released from any liability for any legal actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses and obligations of any kind and nature that any party may invoke in connection with the Agricultural Value Chain Development Support Project – Phase II (PADFA II). The Agricultural Value Chain Development Support Project – Phase II (PADFA II) intends to use part of this credit to make eligible payments under the Contract for the construction of three (03) onion and rice production and seed storage buildings, with one (01) double-cabin latrine block each and a cooling/drying area in the North West Region, on behalf of PADFA II in three (03) separate lots.
