Each bidder must attach to his Administrative documents, a bid bond of 4,000,000 (four million) FCFA, established by a first-rate bank or by insurance companies approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list appears in document 11 of the DAO, valid for ninety (90) days beyond the original date of validity of the bids.
