Construction work will begin in August 2023 and end in March 2025. At a minimum, the work requires architectural expertise, in building mechanics and electricity, fire alarm, fire protection and asbestos decontamination. 3. Client: CHJM, 150, rue Ontario Est, Montreal Qc, H2X 1H1. 4. Tender Document: The Tender Document will be available exclusively through SÉAO via the website http://www.seao.ca or by calling 1-866-669- 7326. Invoicing for printing and delivery will be done by SÉAO and the costs for the acquisition of plans, specifications and other documents are non-refundable. 5. Mandatory Visit: The Bidder must make an appointment for a mandatory individual visit to the Project site at 150 Ontario East H2X 1H1.
