The tender was published by LEDUC REGIONAL HOUSING FOUNDATION on 26 Mar 2025 for Invitation to Bid Fire alarm inspections This will be a three-year contract starting April 7th 2025 ending April 7th 2028 Work of the contract comprises of the following Carry out annual inspections and testing of all components of the Fire Alarm and Detection system in accordance with CAN-ULC-S536-04 standard At all Leduc Regional Housing Foundation facilities QUALIFICATIONS Inspection testing and maintenance must be preformed by service technicians approved by the Alberta Government s Work and Safety Standards Division Contractor shall be qualified in fire detection and alarm systems supply installation maintenance and service work Provide certificate number and name of employee working on fire alarm system Only first class workmanship will be accepted not only with regards to safety efficiency and durability but also with regards to neatness and accuracy of detail Requests for proof of a Certificate of Proficiency is at the sole discretion of Leduc Foundation If required by Leduc Foundation furnish satisfactory evidence that the Contractor has the ability experience and qualified personnel to perform the Work and that the Contractor has sufficient capital and equipment to enable them to execute the Work successfully.
