Notice of intent - data centre colocation Notice is hereby given by The Workers Compensation Board Alberta WCB of its intent to enter into an agreement with the primary lease holder eStruxture for the Data Centre Colocation Facility located at 7007 54 Street SE Calgary Alberta The current agreement expires June 21 2025 The WCB intends to enter into a new agreement for a period of up to five 5 years with eStruxture Suppliers who wish to object to this decision should contact Kristina Farrell Contract Administration Specialist by email at kristina farrell wcb ab ca on or before 2 00 00 P M Alberta Time April 11 2025 presenting specific reasons for their objection If justified the WCB will convene a meeting with its representatives and the Suppliers to receive representations concerning this agreement The Supplier s qualifications and ability to provide the same product service level of service expertise customer service and no financial risk will be key criteria with regard to the consideration of objections
