4 30 p m Central Time and late proposals will not be considered 1 Sourcewell and Canoe are seeking proposals for Roadway Maintenance Equipment including equipment attachments accessories and related technology designed or primarily intended for use in the maintenance of road and highway surfaces such as a Asphalt recyclers and reclaimers hot boxes b Patchers seal coaters joint and crack sealers crack routers mastic and adhesive melters c Chip spreaders asphalt brooms and pavement grinding or grooving equipment and d Pavement marking application and removal equipment Proposers may include equipment accessories and services directly related to the Roadway Maintenance Equipment solutions in 1 a -d above to the extent that these solutions are complementary to the equipment products or services being proposed 2 The primary focus of this solicitation is on Roadway Maintenance Equipment This solicitation should NOT be construed to include supplies-only or services-only solutions 3 This solicitation does not include that equipment products or services covered under categories included in pending or planned Sourcewell solicitations or in master agreements currently maintained by
