Request for Proposal Roadway maintenance equipment Canoe Procurement Group of Canada is posting the solicitation on behalf of CivicInfo BC RMA SARM AMM LAS UMNB NSFM FPEIM MNL NWTAC NAM AYC and its current and potential Members and represented Associations and their Members which includes all MASH MUSH sectors Provincial Governments Federal Agencies Crown Corporations local Governmental and other not-for-profit organizations located in all provinces and territories in Canada including but not limited to British Columbia Alberta Saskatchewan Manitoba Ontario Nova Scotia New Brunswick Prince Edward Island Newfoundland and Labrador Northwest Territories Yukon Territories and Nunavut Request for Proposal RFP to result in regional and or national contract solutions under the rules and regulations of Canadian trade agreements including Canadian Free Trade Agreement CFTA Chapter 5 Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement and Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement CETA Chapter 19 New West Partnership Trade Agreement NWPTA Atlantic Trade and Procurement Partnership ATPP as applicable Canoe Sourcewell is requesting proposals for Roadway Maintenance Equipment to result in a national contracting solution for use by its members Members include thousands of governmental higher education K-12 education not-for-profit tribal government and the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered Proposals are due no later than May 6 2025 at 4 30 p m Central Time and late proposals will not be considered 1 Sourcewell and Canoe are seeking proposals for Roadway Maintenance Equipment including equipment attachments accessories and related technology designed or primarily intended for use in the maintenance of road and highway surfaces such as a Asphalt recyclers and reclaimers hot boxes b Patchers seal coaters joint and crack sealers crack routers mastic and adhesive melters c Chip spreaders asphalt brooms and pavement grinding or grooving equipment and d Pavement marking application and removal equipment Proposers may include equipment accessories and services directly related to the Roadway Maintenance Equipment solutions in 1 a -d above to the extent that these solutions are complementary to the equipment products or services being proposed 2 The primary focus of this solicitation is on Roadway Maintenance Equipment This solicitation should NOT be construed to include supplies-only or services-only solutions 3 This solicitation does not include that equipment products or services covered under categories included in pending or planned Sourcewell solicitations or in master agreements currently maintained by Sourcewell identified below a Sewer Vacuum Hydro-Excavation and Municipal Pumping Equipment with Related Accessories and Supplies RFP 101221 b Public Utility Equipment with Related Accessories and Supplies RFP 110421 c Roadway Paving Equipment RFP 060122 d Snow and Ice Handling Equipment Supplies and Accessories RFP 062222 e Trailers with Related Equipment Accessories and Services RFP 092922 f Heavy Construction Equipment with Related Attachments and Technology RFP 011723 g Medium Duty and Compact Construction Equipment with Related Attachments RFP 020223 h Portable Construction Equipment with Related Accessories and Attachments RFP 020923 i Rental Equipment Products and Related Services RFP 040924 j Road Right-of-Way RFP 032525 and k Roadway Work Zone Safety Traffic Management Equipment with Related Products RFP 042225 4 The term of any resulting contract s awarded by Sourcewell under this solicitation will be four years Sourcewell and supplier may agree to up to three additional one-year extensions based on the best interests of Sourcewell and its Participating Entities Sourcewell
