Specifically, these are: Strengthen the capacities of the bodies leading the ENP process on the identification and analysis of variables and actors; Accompany the organs in the identification of the variables and actors of the societal life of the CAR; Carry out training on MICMAC, MACTOR, MORPHOL, SMIC-PRO-EXPERT [1] software ; Support the bodies in the use of software relating to the analysis of variables, the play of actors and the construction of scenarios; And Produce a mission report.

The MACTOR software (Method Actors, Objectives, Balance of power) makes it possible to analyze the strategies of the actors.
[1] MORPHOL: Zwicky's morphological analysis which scans the field of possibilities and reduces uncertainty. SMIC-PROB-EXPERT (Cross Impacts Systems and Matrices): Probabilistic cross impacts.
