5. The French-language Tender File may be purchased by any interested Bidder by submitting a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment [1] of 180,000 FCFA . The method of payment will be cash or crossed check. The tender dossier will be sent by DHL for foreigners and locally to the secretariat of the project office.
6. Tenders must be delivered to the address below [2] no later than 09/27/2023 at 9:00 a.m. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted . Any tender arriving after the deadline date and time for submission of tenders will be discarded. Tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend the opening session on 09/27/2023 at 10:00 a.m.
