Se deja constancia que los requerimientos de los insumos solicitados son de flujo variables, no comprometiéndose el Hospital a adquirir cantidades determinadas de manera periódica por lo que en ningún caso se fijarán stocks mínimos de compra, ni tampoco totales. Por lo anterior, el Hospital se reserva el derecho a la disminución total de algún item, cuando por razones justificadas a si se requiera.
Asimismo, se hace presente que cada oferente deberá ofertar por el total de los subítems señalados en cada ítem, ya que el o los oferentes deben contar con todos los insumos requeridos, por lo que el Hospital adjudicará los subítems al mismo oferente, quien, conforme a las pautas de evaluación que más adelante se señalan, obtenga el mejor puntaje. with tender notice no. 2069-144-LR25 published on 11 Aug 2025.
