Service that will be developed in the Hospital facilities for Institutional patients, beneficiaries of the health system, as detailed in the technical bases and Annex No. 1, contract that will be subject to the provisions of Decree with Force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18,417. The Provider of Health Actions will be obliged to provide on behalf of and on behalf of the Hospital, and by way of delegation, as required by subsection No. 1 of Article No. 2 of DFL 3680 to the Beneficiaries of the Benefit Regime of Health of Law No. 18,469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or rehabilitation of health that are tendered by this act..
