Background:
With the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank’s (AIIB or the Bank) business and operations increasingly rely on technologies and cloud-based systems, the Bank needs to effectively respond to security incidents arising from cyberattacks. These include malicious hacking, spear phishing attack, business email compromise, data leakage, ransomware, among others. AIIB shall assess its existing controls and cyber resilience against sophisticated cyber threats.
What to Procure：
AIIB intends to procure the red team operation service from a qualified supplier to provide two (2) separate rounds of red team operations to AIIB within 2 years after contract signed. The red team operations shall provide a real-world simulation of how AIIB could be targeted by skilled hackers. It shall include possible attack scenarios to hack into the Bank’s headquarters, overseas operational hub and, back up office’s digital environment both on premise and in the cloud.
