Qualification Requirements for Consultant Firm (hereinafter called “Consultant”):
3.1 shall be a firm or an entity participating in bidding and shall be qualified to sign
the contract independently;
3.2 shall be registered in the New Development Bank member countries;
3.3 net assets of each year in past 3 years (2020-2022) shall be positive;
3.4 has no dishonest economic dispute records or illegal behaviors including
winning bid by defrauding, non-performance of contractual obligation after
award of the contract in past 3 years (from 2020 to Deadline for Bid
Submission);
3.5 has not been sanctioned for prohibition of bidding by government of the New
Development Bank member countries;
3.6 the Consultant from within P.R.China, has not been listed in untrusted person
on CreditChina (www.creditchina.gov.cn);
3.7 The Consultant shall have completed at least one similar consultant service
project of public transport industry in past 5 years (from 2018 to Deadline for
Bid Submission); with tender notice no. WKZB2326NXG401473 published on 28 Aug 2023. The tender expired on 25 Sep 2023.
