This involves systematic support for the 5 targeted hospitals (CHRI Fomboni, CHRI Hombo, HP Domoni, HP Foumbouni and HP Mitsamihouli) in order to improve governance and the quality of healthcare provision. Thus the realization of structuring investments in infrastructures (constructions and/or rehabilitations) and technical platforms (biomedical equipment and hospital maintenance and governance mechanisms) are planned. - Component 2: Strengthening the training of human resources in health. It aims to sustainably strengthen the capacities of the School of Medicine and Public Health (EMSP) to really meet the needs of the Comorian Health System by increasing reception capacities, developing new training courses and improving quality. of the existing initial training offer. - Component 3: Strengthening the management and governance of the health system. The project will build the capacities of the Ministry of Health through interventions targeted at four entities: (i) Department of Public and Private Establishments (DESPP) in order to improve supervision of hospital establishments by the central level, (ii) the National Hospital Technologies Agency (ANTH) for steering a real hospital maintenance policy, (iii) the human resources (HR) department and (iv) the General Health Inspectorate (IGS), to strengthen governance of the health system and the leadership of the Ministry of Health. - Component 4: Project management and monitoring-evaluation The Ministry of Health in the Union of the Comoros, through the ODS Project Management Unit (CGP) is therefore seeking to recruit a consulting firm in charge of the monitoring and evaluation of the Project..
