Tenders are invited for Printer Acquisition with Pedestal, Plotter and Toner/Rdc Ask for information. Inquiries relating to this RFP (and returned bids) must be submitted in writing and sent in sufficient time before the deadline for submission of inquiries to allow WWF to respond adequately and in detail. Procurement Process: Submission of a Competitive Bid 2.1. Call for tenders. This RFP constitutes an invitation to all potential suppliers with the technical and financial capabilities to submit bids for the provision of the described services specified in this document. It consists of a Cover Page (1), Part I - Bid Submission Procedures and Guidelines (2), Part II - Terms and Conditions of Contract (3), Part III - Technical Specifications (4), Annex A - Tender Submission Form and Questionnaire (5), Annex B - Letter of Certification and Commitment (6), Annex C - Price Schedule (7) . All these parts appear in the call for tenders and form an integral part thereof. 2.2. Format and content of offers. All bids must be in writing, drawn up in French, signed and dated by an employee authorized by the bidder (the original must be hand-signed, digital or electronic signatures being rejected). Bidders should use the Bid Submission Form attached as Annex A to this RFP. The Form must be completed in full and must include allthe required information. (Note: In the event of a variation between the unit price and the total price, the unit price takes precedence and the total is corrected by multiplying the unit price by the quantity specified). The Form combines the technical proposal and the financial proposal in a single document. If the tender is delivered by post and by hand, the Tender Submission Form, as well as all the accompanying documents, must constitute an original. Tenders are valid for at least ninety (90) days following the deadline for submission of tenders. 2.3. Receipt of Offers. Potential suppliers will be able to send their offers by post, by hand and/or have them held by a carrier. No bids submitted by e-mail or fax will be accepted. This envelope is then inserted into a second envelope or into a shipping envelope which will bear the words “CALL FOR TENDERS: N° 2023/004/WWFSALONGA/ACQUISITION PRINTER WITH PEDESTAL, PLOTTER AND TONER/RDC” . The offers received will be opened in a restricted session in an ad-hoc commission composed of WWF members, on May 10, 2023 at 9 a.m. Once received, offers will be stored securely and kept intact. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect them against loss or alteration. Note that the content of the offers could be disclosed to WWF's partner agencies as well as to its donor.
