SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall be responsible to provide construction service works in the indicated location and its AOR as and when required by MONUSCO. The service shall also include construction and maintenance of utility service line from the main distribution point to the buildings. Individual Task Orders shall be issued for each location of work, having one or more of the work items described in the attached Annex E - Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and relevant drawings. MONUSCO’s Point(s) of Contact (PoC) shall issue a Task Order to the contractor detailing the works to be carried out. The scope and timeline of the works will be specified in writing by MONUSCO’s PoC. The PoC will be communicated to the contractor at the kick-off meeting that will be held immediately after the contract takes effect. MONUSCO will provide all required construction materials, supplies and accessories and HVAC, Electrical and plumbing spare part, supplies and consumables. In the case of misappropriation or mismanagement of MONUSCO-furnished materials/spare parts/ supplies the contractor shall replace the materials at its own cost or cost of material shall be recovered from the contractor’s invoice of the month at the MONUSCO purchase cost of the materials.
