The ORGANIZATION FOR THE HARMONIZATION OF BUSINESS LAW IN AFRICA OHADA in Congo from African region had released this tender for Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant Responsible for the Implementation of the Evaluation of the Executive Staff of Ohada Institutions and Support for the Recruitment of Executives with International Status (Consultant Services)
The criteria for establishing the shortlist and the selection procedure will be in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Administrative, Financial and Accounting Procedures Manual of OI-IADA, implemented by Decision No. 0014/ 2011 / CM/OHADA of June 17, 2011 of the Council of Ministers of OHADA, in particular:
· Have relevant and proven experience of at least ten (10) years, including three (03) experiences in the recruitment of senior executives for the benefit of organizations comparable to OI-IADA;
· Have a good experience in developing competency frameworks, evaluating positions and staff;
· Have a good experience in the development of interview guides or any other recruitment tool.
The services, subject of this notice, are financed by OHADA's own resources.
Expressions of interest will be submitted in a sealed envelope, in four (04) copies including one (01) original, or sent to the email address mentioned below, no later than April 17, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. (GMT ), with the following express mention:
"Notice of Call for Expression of Interest for the recruitment of a Consultant responsible for the implementation of the evaluation of the Executive Staff of the Institutions of OHADA and support for the recruitment of executives with international status
NB: To be opened only during the counting session”.
