7. Interested candidates can read the Call for Tenders file or withdraw the electronic version free of charge, WITH A NEW USB KEY, at the "procurement unit" of the C2D Education Training Project Coordination Unit , located at the address specified below, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. universal time.
8. Tenders must be physically submitted against registration on the form which will be opened for this purpose, and signature of the depositor, to the "procurement unit" of the C2D Education Training Project Coordination Unit, whose address is specified below, no later than Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. universal time.
The Late bids will not be accepted.
Electronic submissions are not permitted.
The offers will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the candidates who wish to attend the opening of the bids, at the meeting room of the Coordination Unit of the C2D Education Training Project, whose address is specified below, on Tuesday 20 June 2023 at 10:15 a.m. universal time.
9. Bids must be accompanied by a bid submission guarantee established by a bank, a financial organization or a third party approved by the Ministry of Economy and Finance which will remain valid thirty (30) days after the expiry of the period of validity of the offer, i.e. 150 (120 +30) days from the deadline for submission of offers.
Bid bid guarantees issued by banks located outside Côte d'Ivoire must be accompanied by a letter from the issuer endorsed by its correspondent in Côte d'Ivoire from whom the guarantee may be called if necessary. . (Otherwise rejection).
10. Bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission of bids. (If not rejected) published on 08 May 2023. The tender expired on 20 Jun 2023.
