(If not eliminatory) 6. Candidates will remain committed to their offer for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission of offers. (Otherwise rejection) 7. Tenders must be physically submitted against registration on the form which will be opened for this purpose, and signature of the applicant, to the "procurement unit" of the Education Training Project Coordination Unit, whose address is specified below, no later than Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. universal time. NB: Bids submitted late will not be accepted. Offers can be sent by DHL or any other similar service. Electronic submissions are not permitted 8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend the opening of bids, at the meeting room of the Education Training Project Coordination Unit, whose address is specified below, on Tuesday May 23, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. universal time. 9. Upon validation of the decision to award the contract(s), the Contracting Authority will publish in the Official Bulletin of Public Contracts and by posting on its premises, the award decision and will keep available to Candidates, the analysis report of the Tender Opening and Judgment Committee, which guided the said award at the address below. 10. The contracts resulting from this Call for Tenders will be subject to stamp and registration formalities and to the regulation fee (rate: 0.5% of the amount excluding taxes of the contract) at the expense of the Holders. 11. This call for tenders is subject to the laws and regulations in force in Côte d'Ivoire, in particular to Ordinance 2019-679 of July 24, 2019 on the Public Procurement Code and its implementing texts, as well as to the Guidelines for awarding contracts financed by the French Development Agency (AFD) in foreign countries. 12.
