Realization of a Feasibility Study for a Sustainable Exploitation of the Developed Areas of Solomougou (Poro) and Tchaloni (Bagoue)

The GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF PLANNING, STATISTICS AND PROJECTS (DGPSP) in Cote dIvoire (Ivory Coast) from Africa region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Realization of a Feasibility Study for a Sustainable Exploitation of the Developed Areas of Solomougou (Poro) and Tchaloni (Bagoue) Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MEMINADER) of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire has obtained funds under the Debt Reduction and Development Contract (C2D) between France and Côte d'Ivoire and managed, on the French side , by the French Development Agency (AFD), and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Contract for the recruitment of a consulting firm for a feasibility for sustainable exploitation of the developed areas of Solomougou (PORO) and Tchaloni (BAGOUE). The purpose of the Consultant's Services will be to conduct a study with a view to formulating a project that will allow (i) the extension of the Tchaloni perimeter and (ii) the sustainable exploitation of the two perimeters rehabilitated by the FADCI program. MEMINADER, through the General Directorate of Planning, Statistics and Projects (DGPSP), invites Consultants to express their interest in providing the Services indicated above. The eligibility criteria for AFD financing are specified in Article 1.3 of the "Guidelines for the Award of Contracts Financed by AFD in Foreign States", available online on the AFD website www . .afd.fr. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating that they are qualified and experienced to perform these Services. As such, they will justify that they have references of recent and similar services (in particular by providing the associated project sheets). For further information, the Request for Expression of Interest (AMI) file can be withdrawn free of charge in a digital version at the address below or sent electronically, every working day, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Universal Time (UT). The General Directorate of Planning, Statistics and Projects (DGPSP) of MEMINADER will draw up a shortlist of a maximum of six (06) candidates, pre-selected on the basis of the evaluation of the applications received, to whom it will send the Request for Proposals for performance of the required services. Interested consultants can obtain additional information and withdraw the Notice of Expression of Interest (AMI) file and its annexes free of charge at the address mentioned below, at the following times: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Universal Time.
