Three C2D contracts are currently being executed, the 1st C2D signed in 2012 for an amount of 413.25 billion FCFA (630 MEUR), and the 2nd C2D, signed in 2014, for an amount of 738 billion FCFA. FCFA (1,125 MEUR). On October 27, 2021, the last tranche was committed, with the signing of a 3rd C2D in Paris for an amount of 750.77 billion CFA (1,144 MEUR), over the period 2021-2025. The C2D covers nine (9) priority areas, known as focal sectors.
All the projects of the first two C2D contracts are in progress and two projects have already been launched under the third C2D.
