Description of the consultant's mission (firm or firm): The following major results are expected from this service:
– Assistance in the development of results-oriented agroforestry system contracts with CF cocoa farmers;
– Capacity building of field teams in the implementation of agroforestry activities;
– Supervision of producers for the implementation of good agroforestry practices;
– Supervision of field structures in the protection and restoration of fallow land;
– Assist, with the support of the PCU and the Office in charge of national capacity building in environmental and social safeguards, SODEFOR in the implementation of environmental and social safeguard measures applicable to agroforestry by referring to the instruments project safeguards (ESIA, PMPP, PGMO, PGES) and tools developed (SIGES);
– Produce periodic reports, analysis and summary notes, reports on training activities and any other document on the implementation of these activities;
– Participate in periodic meetings (quarterly, half-yearly, etc.) at the request of the PCU.
