Agglomeration Vodice Tribunj Srima - supervision services for the extension of the sewage and water supply network and the extension of wastewater treatment plants

The VODOVOD I ODVODNJA d.o.o. in Croatia from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the procurement is the supervision of the project "Improvement of the water utility infrastructure of the Vodice-Tribunj-Srima 2 agglomeration". The services within the scope of this Agreement include expert supervision services (construction, mechanical, electrical, geodetic) in the sense of the Construction Act (Official Gazette 155/25) and the Ordinance on the method of carrying out expert construction supervision, the conditions and method of keeping a construction diary, and the content of the final report of the supervising engineer (Official Gazette 131/21, 68/22, 155/25) and the services of an Engineer in the sense of the Conditions of Contract for Plants and design and construction for electrotechnical and mechanical buildings and works according to the Contractor's projects, first edition 1999 (so-called FIDIC Yellow Book) and Conditions of Construction Contracts for construction and engineering works according to the Client's projects, first edition 1999 (so-called FIDIC Red Book). The services also include the provision of occupational safety coordinator services in accordance with the Occupational Safety Act (71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18, 96/18) and the Ordinance on Occupational Safety on Temporary Construction Sites (OG 48/18). The subject of the procurement consists of supervision over the design and construction of municipal water structures for wastewater drainage and treatment and water supply. The works that are the subject of the supervision services will be performed in two (2) construction contracts listed below: 1. Contract 1: Agglomeration VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - extension of the sewage and water supply network, a construction contract concluded according to the Terms of the Contract, so-called FIDIC Red Book, first edition 1999, estimated purchase value of EUR 65,384,156.00 excluding VAT 2.
