CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT OF THE KINDERGARTEN "STENJEVEC"

The GRAD ZAGREB in Croatia from Europe region has released this tender for CONSTRUCTION OF WORKS AND EQUIPMENT OF THE KINDERGARTEN "STENJEVEC" by groups: GROUP 1: Construction of works GROUP 2: Equipment In accordance with the amendments to the Program of works for capital investments in facilities for social activities and in the reconstruction of buildings damaged by the earthquake in the City of Zagreb in 2024, funds have been provided for the preparation of project documentation, construction and equipping of the Malešnica - PO Stenjevec Kindergarten. The City of Zagreb conducted a tender for the preparation of a conceptual urban and architectural solution for the Malešnica - PO Stenjevec Kindergarten. A contract for the preparation of project documentation was concluded with the developer of the first-prize winning work in the tender - the design office Tri Kvarti doo. In accordance with the concluded contract, the main and detailed design for the construction and equipping of the Malešnica - PO Stenjevec Kindergarten was prepared. In accordance with the prepared documentation, the subject of the procurement is the execution of construction works for the Malešnica - PO Stenjevec Kindergarten on cadastral plot no. 2960, cadastral municipality Stenjevec, in Zagreb. The planned capacity of the kindergarten is 200 children in 10 educational groups. The kindergarten is planned as a free-standing building. The kindergarten building is located along the northwestern border of the planned plot, and its shape defines the edge of the childrens yard with a total gross area of ​​1888.70 m2. A Building Permit has been issued for the works in question, Class: UP/I-361-03/23-01/001894, Reg. No.: 251-10-22-1/047-24-0025 Zagreb, 15.04.2024. valid as of 09.05.2024. In accordance with the above, it is necessary to conduct a public procurement for the construction and equipping of the Malešnica Kindergarten - PO Stenjevec. The prepared bills of quantities represent the totality of all technical conditions and requirements of the subject of procurement, which define the characteristics of materials, goods (products) and delivery, i.e. the technical rules contained in the general and special technical conditions of the subject of procurement. The selected bidder is obliged to carry out the subject of procurement in an orderly, conscientious and responsible manner, with the care of a good expert, according to the highest professional standards, in accordance with the positive regulations relating to the subject of procurement, orders and instructions of the supervising engineers, and the conditions and requirements from this Annex and the Bill of Quantities. The delivered and installed goods must be new and unused, and meet all standards according to the positive regulations in the Republic of Croatia. The selected bidder is obliged to carry out construction and other works from this procurement procedure in accordance with legal regulations and professional rules that regulate the construction activity.
