The calculation of electricity will be carried out by the Supplier based on the metering data determined by the Distribution System Operator with metering devices at the Client's billing metering points, in accordance with the General Conditions for the Use of the Network and the Supply of Electricity and the Distribution System Grid Code (Official Gazette 74/2018 and 52/2020 and any amendments). The calculation element on the basis of which the calculation of the electricity supply is made is: - the accepted working energy expressed in kWh. The calculation element also includes the fee for encouraging production from renewable energy sources (RES) in accordance with the Decision on the fee for renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration (OG 87/17 and 57/20) and the excise duty for business use of electricity in accordance with the Excise Duty Act (OG 106/2018), which are regulated by the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia, as well as other possible fees, taxes or surcharges in accordance with applicable regulations, which the electricity supplier is obliged to calculate for the electricity customer. In the event of a change in the regulations regulating the amount of the fee for renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration or the excise duty for business/non-business use, in such a way that the amount of the said fee or excise duty changes, the selected bidder is obliged to charge the amount of the fee that is in accordance with the amount in force at the time of issuing the invoice for the electricity supplied. In accordance with the Regulation on the Elimination of Disturbances in the Domestic Energy Market (OG 104/2022; OG 31/2023); Hrvatske ceste doo is a legal entity with public authority, and as such is subject to the price of electricity according to Article 3 of the Regulation in question. with tender notice no. 673113-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
