Equipping a kindergarten in Štrigova

The MUNICIPALITY OF STRIGOVA in Croatia from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this public procurement procedure is: Equipping the Kindergarten in Štrigova. The subject of the procurement includes the supply, manufacture, delivery, transport, entry and installation of the equipment specified in ANNEX I - Cost estimate and ANNEX II - Equipment project, up to the full functionality of the kindergarten premises in Štrigova. The technical specifications specified in ANNEX I - Cost estimate and ANNEX II - Equipment project represent the minimum technical requirements that the offered goods must fully meet. The selected bidder is obliged to offer and fully deliver new, unused, technically correct, packaged and undamaged goods that must fully comply with the required technical characteristics. All equipment must comply with the applicable legal and regulatory regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union and with the appropriate safety norms and standards relating to equipment for preschool institutions, as well as with regulations on general product safety. The selected bidder is obliged to inspect all energy and other connections before manufacturing and/or supplying the equipment. Before supplying, manufacturing and delivering the equipment, the Contractor is obliged to check all measurements on the facility, on site, and to agree any necessary adjustments of measurements and shapes with the Client in a timely manner. Instructions for use in Croatian, warranty certificates, declarations of conformity, certificates and other documentation in accordance with applicable regulations must be attached to the delivered equipment/goods. For furniture that is not specifically indicated in the Cost Sheet as being custom-made, deviations in dimensions of up to ± 10% are permitted, provided that such deviation does not affect the functionality of the space or compliance with the Project Documentation. All furniture and goods that do not meet the required quality, technical specifications or have not been assembled in an appropriate and professional manner must be replaced or reassembled at the expense of the selected Tenderer. The Tenderer is obliged to perform the subject of the procurement in accordance with this Procurement Documentation and all its annexes and in accordance with applicable legal and subordinate regulations applicable to the subject of the procurement, as well as with the rules of the profession and good business practice. with tender notice no. 707648-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
