The project "IMPROVEMENT OF WATER AND MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE ĐAKOVO AGGLOMERATION" includes works on the construction and reconstruction of the drainage system and the construction of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in the Đakovo agglomeration, which basically includes: Activity 1 - Supervision services of the Contract "DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A STAGE III WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN THE ĐAKOVO AGGLOMERATION"; Activity 2 - Supervision services of the Contract "CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY AND EXTENSION AND EXTENSION OF THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN THE AREA OF THE ĐAKOVO AGGLOMERATION" and Supervision will be carried out in accordance with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (FIDIC Red Book - Activity 2) and the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plants and Design and Construction (FIDIC Yellow Book - Activity 1), the Construction Act (Official Gazette 153/13), the Spatial Planning Act (Official Gazette 153/13), the Act on Spatial Planning and Construction Activities and Activities (Official Gazette 78/15) and other applicable laws and regulations. with tender notice no. 705190-2026 published on 13 Oct 2026.
