Given that the Client is not the owner of the source code for the application system, the selected bidder must ensure all legal and technical prerequisites (authorizations, training, etc.) for the use of the source code and project documentation and work on the aforementioned application system. The improvement includes the exchange of data on cadastral data via the API service of the State Geodetic Administration, the development of a separate publicly available GIS portal within the ISAPZ information system for scientific institutions of the Republic of Croatia and the adaptation of the SimpleLab-ISAPZ web service for data transfer. Given that the Client is not the owner of the source code for the application system, the selected bidder must ensure all legal and technical prerequisites (authorizations, training, etc.) for the use of the source code and project documentation and work on the aforementioned application system.
