The University of Osijek, Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek in Croatia from Europe region has released this tender for Procurement of laboratory equipment with an estimated value of 13,800.00 euros. Namely, the contracting authority has already procured laboratory equipment with an estimated value of 379,879.91 euros in the current year, while the estimated value of 13,800.00 euros remains for this procurement. LED lamps, Group 1 as equipment for upgrading growing shelves and Acid preparation device, Group 2 are being procured for "Intervention 70.05. Support for the conservation, sustainable use and development of genetic resources in agriculture from the strategic plan of the common agricultural policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027". The requirements for the description and technical specifications of the subject of procurement, its type, quality, minimum characteristics are described in the Schedule of Costs in the column "Requested subject of procurement description and technical specifications" as an integral part of this Documentation. The bidder must offer goods by type, quantity, quality and minimum characteristics as specified in the corresponding Schedule of Costs. The offeror should, in the place provided for this in the column of the Cost Sheet - "Offered procurement item description and technical specifications", according to the corresponding items, state the characteristics and technical specifications of the offered product, as well as information on the type/name of the product offered and the name of the manufacturer. All goods to be delivered must be new, unused, in factory packaging with all accompanying documentation (eg warranty cards, product declaration, etc.) and in all respects correspond to the requested or offered technical specifications. After delivery, the Client will inspect the goods within 10 days and issue a certificate of acceptance of the goods. The date of issuance of the confirmation of acceptance of the goods will be considered the date of fulfillment of all contractual obligations, and by then the goods must be assembled and put into operation at the customer's requested address, and training must be completed if requested in the cost list. The warranty period for the elimination of defects for the correctness of the sold goods starts from the day of issuing the certificate of acceptance of the goods. with tender notice no. 680436-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
