MAINTENANCE OF THE ELEVATOR SYSTEM IN THE AREA OF THE CITY OF ZAGREB

The contracting authority reserves the right to add new locations or cancel existing ones during the term of the Framework Agreement, whereby maintenance will be charged according to the unit prices from this cost estimate. Records and regular inspections with analysis of the technical and technological functioning of the device. Records and monitoring of the maintenance and service process, and detection of problems and deficiencies in the control system and method of use. Maintenance is carried out over a period of 48 months, with the obligation to prepare a quarterly report on the status and problems with the operation of the lifting columns and with proposals for improving functionality and eliminating defects in the operation of the device. MAINTENANCE OF THE SYSTEM CONSISTS OF: • regular maintenance of the lifting column system according to the scheduled maintenance plan • daily monitoring of the operation and reliability of the lifting column system, elimination of defects and malfunctions and control of the method of use • quality control of installed materials, products and equipment and quality control proven by prescribed tests and documents, on which appropriate records are kept and reports are prepared for the client, • immediate reporting to the client of any interruption of the system function as well as its re-activation, and preparation of reports on the status and functionality of the system and equipment • administration and records of new and existing users of the lifting column system with tender notice no. 689552-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
