The subject of procurement also includes employee training for the use of the acquired equipment and devices: • Training of 5 auto electricians for installation maintenance, before the warranty period for equipment on vehicles expires, maximum 20 hours per employee • Training for using the system for 200 drivers, maximum 50 hours in total • Training for subsystem operators - training of 5 users of the software solution for optimizing static routes, for a minimum duration of 40 hours per employee • Training for working with an RFID handheld terminal for 30 employees, maximum 10 hours in total The subject of the procurement includes support for users of software applications and regular maintenance of software applications: • Support during the term of the Framework Agreement, at least from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays, by telephone or by e-mail • Maintenance for applications during the term of the Framework Agreement/individual contract concluded under the Framework Agreement Cartographic support and all software solutions must be installed on the Client's hardware.
