Procurement of works for the construction of the Međimurje County Center for the Elderly in the settlement of Nedelišće

The planned spatial intervention is located in the public and social purpose zone - D, i.e. on a building plot that is within the boundaries of the construction area of ​​the Nedelišće municipality. Cadastral plot 48/3 is located within the Nedelišće municipality, it is irregular in shape, measuring approx. 111.26 m (longest part) x 68.36 m at the widest part. It has a total area of ​​6071 m2. The longitudinal axis of the plot is perpendicular to Josipa Vrhovskogo Street. The construction of the building is expected to have a development coefficient kig=0.3405 = 34.05% (permitted kig= 0.4), and a utilization coefficient kis=0.99 (permitted kis =1.6), and the area of ​​remaining greenery will amount to 33.20% of the plot area (minimum required 30%). The building follows the boundary of the buildable part of the plot with its shape, storeys PO+P+1+2. Vertical communication is solved by a central two-flight staircase, which connects all floors and with elevators, and external evacuation staircases. Purpose of the building - a building for providing services in the premises of the service provider, i.e. a building in which users reside for the purpose of using social services, except for organized housing and accommodation for up to 20 users. It is located within a floor plan with external dimensions of 81.46 mx 48.80 m. The longitudinal wing has dimensions of 81.46 x 17.72 m, and the eastern wing has dimensions of 23.44 x 31.08 m. The central part has a basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. The eastern wing has a ground floor and 1st floor, and the western wing has a ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. In the central part and the western wing are located all the facilities necessary for the functioning of the home for 122 users, who will be accommodated in 61 rooms. All spaces are designed to provide accommodation services to users of the 3rd and 4th groups.
