The selected bidder is obliged to deliver new, unused, technically correct and functional equipment and furniture, in accordance with the technical characteristics, dimensions, quantities and other requirements specified in the Bill of Quantities and Procurement Documentation. All equipment and furniture supplied must be suitable for the purpose for which they are purchased, safe for use and made of materials of appropriate quality, resistance and durability, especially taking into account everyday use in a healthcare institution. The selected tenderer is obliged to ensure that all elements are properly assembled, installed and ready for regular use, including all components, accessories, works and services necessary for their proper, safe and uninterrupted use, regardless of whether they are listed individually, if they are necessary according to professional rules for the proper execution of the subject of the procurement. The subject of the procurement also includes the removal of packaging and cleaning of the premises from waste generated during delivery and installation, as well as the submission of instructions for use, warranty certificates, technical documentation, certificates, declarations of conformity or other appropriate documentation, if applicable for individual items.
