Sve isporuke u okviru predmeta nabave moraju uključivati samo nove i nekorištene robe / artikle, koji su svojom kakvoćom usklađene s važećim propisima i standardima nadležnih tijela, odnosno standardom propisanim od Europske unije. Proizvodi koji se isporučuju moraju u potpunosti odgovarati ponuđenim proizvodima navedenim u Troškovniku i u tehničkoj dokumentaciji iz točke 2. Sadržaj i način izrade (dio Upute za ponuditelje). Samo iznimno, u opravdanim, nepredviđenim slučajevima, temeljem prethodne suglasnosti Naručitelja, odabrani ponuditelj može isporučivati zamjenske robe / artikle koji moraju biti jednake ili bolje kvalitete od traženih u Troškovniku. Sve troškove održavanja, servisiranja i rezervnih dijelova snosi odabrani ponuditeljj za vrijeme trajanja Okvirnog sporazuma, odnosno pojedinačnog ugovora te je u slučaju nemogućnosti popravka u obvezi osigurati Naručitelju zamjenski uređaj. U odnosu na 3D printer, odabrani ponuditelj u obvezi je provoditi edukacije za korištenje 3D printera na lokaciji Naručitelja. Naručitelj ima pravo zatražiti ponavljanje edukacije do tri puta godišnje. Predmet nabave je nabava stomatološkog materijala. Tehničke specifikacije s detaljnim opisom predmeta nabave određene su opisom predmeta nabave te pripadajućim Troškovnikom. Ponuditelji su dužni detaljno proučiti natječajnu dokumentaciju i troškovnik koji se nalazi u prilogu ove Dokumentacije o nabavi i upoznati se sa svim zahtjevima iz istih te sukladno tome izraditi i dostaviti svoju ponudu. Sve isporuke u okviru predmeta nabave moraju uključivati samo nove i nekorištene robe / artikle, koji su svojom kakvoćom usklađene s važećim propisima i standardima nadležnih tijela, odnosno standardom propisanim od Europske unije. Proizvodi koji se isporučuju moraju u potpunosti odgovarati ponuđenim proizvodima navedenim u Troškovniku i u tehničkoj dokumentaciji iz točke 2. Sadržaj i način izrade (dio Upute za ponuditelje).
