The subject of the procurement also includes: supervision of the construction of the drainage system according to the conditions of the FIDIC Red Book, first edition 1999; supervision of the construction of the wastewater treatment plant according to the conditions of the FIDIC Yellow Book, first edition 1999; services of the occupational safety coordinator in accordance with applicable regulations; other professional and technical supervision services in accordance with the project documentation, the Client's requirements, professional rules and applicable laws and regulations. Supervision services relate to the following activities: ACTIVITY 1 - Upgrading the public water supply system and expanding and reconstructing the public drainage system of the Zaprešić agglomeration Estimated value of the works: HRK 300,215,400.00 excluding VAT. The estimated duration of the works, including the detailed design and tests upon completion, is 28 months, with an additional month for issuing the Acceptance Certificate, verification of the completed calculation and the final report. ACTIVITY 2 – Construction of the sewerage network of the Kraj Donji agglomeration Estimated value of works: 62,181,000.00 HRK excluding VAT. The estimated duration of the works and tests upon completion is 16 months, with an additional month for issuing the Acceptance Certificate and the final report. ACTIVITY 3 – Reconstruction and upgrade of the wastewater treatment plant of the Zaprešić agglomeration Estimated value of works: 109,372,000.00 HRK excluding VAT. The works include the design, construction and trial operation of the WWTP. The estimated duration includes 7 months for design and obtaining permits, 20 months for carrying out works and testing, 12 months of trial operation and tests upon completion and an additional month for issuing the Acceptance Certificate, verification of the completed calculation and the final report. with tender notice no. 680497-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
