The services under this Agreement include professional supervision services (construction, mechanical, electrical, geodetic) within the meaning of the Construction Act (Official Gazette 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19) and the Ordinance on the method of implementing professional construction supervision, the form, conditions and method of keeping the construction log and the content of the final report of the supervising engineer (Official Gazette 111/14, 107/15, 20/17, 98/19, 121/19). The services also include the provision of occupational safety coordinator services pursuant to the Occupational Safety Act (71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18, 96/18) and the Ordinance on Occupational Safety and Health at Temporary Construction Sites (Official Gazette 48/18). The subject of the procurement consists of supervision over the construction of municipal water structures (which includes the preparation of detailed designs) for wastewater drainage. The works that are the subject of the supervision services will be carried out in three (3) construction contracts (it is noted that a single public procurement procedure will be conducted for the works divided into 3 procurement groups) listed in the table below: 1. Contract 1: Group 1: Reconstruction and extension of the wastewater drainage system in the area of ​​the city of Valpovo, estimated procurement value: EUR 290,860.04, Construction contract in accordance with the ZOO which includes: Construction of 886 m' of gravity collectors of the drainage system, 664 m' of pressure pipelines of the drainage system and 3 pumping stations 2. Contract 2: Group 2: Rehabilitation of the wastewater drainage system collectors and preparation for house connections in the area of ​​the settlements of Koška, ​​Niza and Ladimirevci, estimated procurement value: EUR 1,357,449.07, Construction contract in accordance with the ZOO which includes: Rehabilitation of the existing drainage system using a combination of methods with and without excavation, construction of new house connections to the existing system drainage 3. Contract 3: Group 3: Construction of the wastewater drainage system of the settlements of Ordanja and Breznica Našička, estimated procurement value: EUR 4,393,124.96, Construction contract in accordance with the ZOO which includes: Construction of 9,290 m' of gravity collectors of the drainage system, 3,256 m' of pressure pipelines of the drainage system and 4 pumping stations.
