Postupak se provodi s ciljem sklapanja ugovora s jednim gospodarskom subjektom. Trajanje ugovora je najduže 12 mjeseci, a sukladno ponuđenome roku izvršenja usluge u dokumentu Prilog IV Izjava o roku isporuke. Unutar trajanja ugovora, realizacija usluge odvija se u tri faze opisane u Projektnom zadatku, Prilog II. Odabrani ponuditelj obvezan je osigurati jamstvo za unapređeni dio sustava u trajanju od najmanje 12 mjeseci od dana potpisivanja Zapisnika o izvršenim uslugama. Jamstveni rok započinje teći danom potpisivanja Zapisnika o izvršenim uslugama i puštanja informacijskog sustava u redoviti produkcijski rad. Ispunjava se dokument Prilog III Izjava o jamstvenom roku. S obzirom da naručitelj nije vlasnik izvornog programskog koda za aplikacijski sustav odabrani ponuditelj mora osigurati sve pravne i tehničke pretpostavke (ovlaštenja, osposobljavanje i sl.) za korištenje izvornog koda i projektne dokumentacije te rad na navedenom aplikacijskom sustavu. Predmet nabave je nabava usluge Unapređenja informacijskih sustava HAPIH-a: Unapređenje informacijskog sustava Konto sa modulom za e-ovrhe. Unapređenje informacijskog sustava Konto sa modulom za e-ovrhe nabavlja se za potrebe Službe za podršku poslovnih procesa Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu u skladu s Troškovnicima, projektnim zadatkom i cjelokupnom DoN, u kojima su naznačeni naziv, količina, te ostali uvjeti potrebni za sastavljanje ponude.
