Provision of four (4) Right-Hand Drive (RHD) Minibuses

The UN Secretariat in Cyprus from Europe region had released this tender for Provision of four (4) Right-Hand Drive (RHD) Minibuses • Right Hand Drive (RHD). • With 17 seats including driver • New (vehicles that were manufactured no more than 9 months from the date of the purchase order). • Compliant for use in Cyprus. • Automatic transmission. • Engine power minimum 2.0ltr, 165PS • Diesel powered minimum EURO 6 • White in Colour 2. The minibuses shall be delivered on the basis of Delivered at Place (DAP) - UNFICYP HQ, Nicosia, Cyprus (Incoterms 2010). Partial deliveries are not acceptable by UNFICYP. 3. Interested respondees must be a manufacturer or an authorized dealer or an authorized distributor and have the ability to perform warranty and recall repairs in Cyprus. 4. In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Qualified vendors are requested to express their interest by submitting the Vendor Response Form of this EOI electronically (through the link provided below) before the closing date above. 5. UNFICYP reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNFICYP reserves the right to change or cancel any of these requirements at any time during the EOI and/or the solicitation process. Please note that Vendors have to be registered at Level 1 at the time of the award. 7. The UNGM registration is mandatory for responding to this EOI.
