Provision of Tailoring Services to UNFICYP - Camp General Stefanik, Famagusta

The succesful Contractor which can be an Individual or a Company, shall provide all equipment, materials and personnel at its own cost and expense. UNFICYP shall provide a space for the service facility, on an "as is" basis. The minimum service hours required are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:00 hours, with optional working hours on Saturdays and Sundays. It should be noted that, all payments shall be settled directly by the recipient of the services. UNFICYP shall not be responsible for the settlement of any costs related to this Contract 3. In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Qualified vendors are requested to express their interest by submitting the Vendor Response Form of this EOI electronically (through the link provided below) before the closing date above. 4.In case you have difficulties submitting your interest electronically, please contact Mr. Stella Kitti via email to unficyp-procurement@un.org no later than 10 April 2023. The Vendor Response Form is also available in our website www.unficyp.org. 5.UNFICYP reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNFICYP reserves the right to change or cancel any of these requirements at any time during the EOI and/or the solicitation process. 6.The basic UNGM registration is mandatory for responding to this EOI. Interested vendors are strongly recommended to submit the required documentation at the United Nations Global Marketplace at www.ungm.org for Basic registration..
