Provision of Travel Management Services to UNFICYP

The UN Secretariat in Cyprus from Europe region had released this tender for Provision of Travel Management Services to UNFICYP 2. As part of the TMS, the Contractor in line with UN travel policy shall provide all related travel services including reservations and ticketing services for UNFICYP’s official travel requirements, of approximately 1000 travels per annum. In addition, the Contractor shall provide all related travel services for the biannual rotation of Military Contingent of approximately 380 persons per annum, from Vienna, Austria to Larnaca, Cyprus and return, including airport assistance. Generally, the rotations take place in March and September each year. 3. In this regard UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Accredited IATA companies capable of providing the TMS are requested to express their interest by submitting the Vendor Response Form of this EOI electronically (through the link provided below) before the closing date above. 4. UNFICYP reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNFICYP reserves the right to change or cancel any of these requirements at any time during the EOI and/or the solicitation process. Please note that Vendors have to be registered at Level 1 at the time of the award. 6. The UNGM registration is mandatory for responding to this EOI.
