1 tThe subject of the public contract is the provision of transport services in public line transport with the aim of ensuring transport services in the Jablonecka area specifically in the territorial districts of member municipalities of the Transport Association of Jablonecka municipalities Bed ichov Jablonec nad Nisou Janov nad Nisou Lu any nad Nisou Nov Ves nad Nisou Pule n Rychnov u Jablonec nad Nisou as well as in the town of Smr ovka namely in expected period from 01 02 2028 to 01 31 2033 with an expected range of traffic performance of 671 795 51 line km in a calendar year according to timetables i e an expected range of traffic performance of 3 358 977 55 line km for the entire period of providing transport services Line km is considered to be the traffic performance according to the timetable including the minimum route required for the bus to turn around at the turning point final stop Overhead kilometers are not covered by the client and the supplier must factor them into the bid price The operation of the city bus transport MHD lines will be ensured in accordance with the relevant legal regulations in particular Act No 111 1994 Coll as amended and Decrees No 296 2010 Coll No 297 2010 Coll and Government Regulation No 295 2010 Coll The contracting authority informs that as a member of the Transport Association of Jablonecka municipalities it has a separate contract with the Transport Association of Jablonecka municipalities on sharing the cost of providing DSOJ transport services which however will not have any effect on the preparation of the offer according to this tender documentation More detailed conditions for the performance of the subject of the public contract are set out in the binding draft contract 60112000-6 Public road transport services Libereck kraj 60112000-6 Public road transport services Public road transport services Jablonec nad Nisou
