Bohumín City Hospital – LDN Pavilion

The City of Bohumin in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The new building of the LDN pavilion is a rectangular three-storey building with a flat roof with floor dimensions of approximately 41x47 m and a height of 13 m. The LDN building is designed as a steel-concrete skeleton structure based on deep foundations (piles). The 1st floor houses the social and administrative part, including staff facilities (changing rooms, showers), the medical department together with the nurses room, and technical facilities to ensure the functionality of the entire building. The 2nd and 3rd floors have an identical repeating layout for clients (patients), with each room having its own sanitary facilities, namely a toilet with a washbasin and a shower. The pavilion will have 34 rooms with 66 beds. Photovoltaic panels will be located on the roof of the building. The work includes a connection to the LV distribution, water connection, and sewage system. A new heat connection from the gas boiler room of pavilion E, an oxygen connection, and an optical fiber connection will be made. 13 parking spaces will be built behind the building, including the modification of the access roads, including landscaping and garden improvements. New public lighting will be installed in the park area. Access to the construction site will be from Ovocná Street, where an access road to the construction site will be built at the current exit.
