Brno, Pekařská - reconstruction of the sewerage and water supply system

The Statutory city of Brno in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the sewage and water supply system, including sewage and water supply connections. Furthermore, the entire public space will be renovated, including the modernization of the tram line. Roads, parking lots, and sidewalks will be completely renovated, including the reconstruction of public lighting and overhead lines. Sewerage and sewer connections: The sewerage system in Pekařská Street dates from 1898 to 1901 and will be reconstructed with a total length of 680 m, of which 146 m will be reconstructed using the trenchless method (in a tunnel) (131 m in the DN 1000/1500 profile and 15 m in the 500/750 profile) and 535 m in an open excavation (27 m in the DN 1000/1500 profile, 430 m in the DN 800/1200 profile, 61 m in the DN 500/750 profile and 16 m in the DN 300 profile). The existing sewerage system, which will not be excavated during construction, will be filled with cement fly ash suspension. All sewer connections in public areas with profiles DN 150 to DN 400 and a total length of 587.1 m will also be reconstructed, as will connections to storm drains in profiles KT DN 125 – DN 150 with a total length of 279.5 m. Water supply and water supply connections The water supply made of ductile iron with heavy anti-corrosion protection will be reconstructed with a total length of 881.7 m (in the DN 300 profile with a length of 442 m, in the DN 250 profile with a length of 269 m, in the DN 150 profile in a section of 170 m). During the construction of the water supply system, the replacement water supply will be ensured through a temporary water supply system made of steel pipes Ø 273x6.3 mm and 442 mm steel pipes Ø 219x8.0 mm in length of 269 m. As part of the construction, water supply connections DN50, DN80 and DN100 will be reconstructed in a total length of 304.7 m. Hydrowells As part of the construction, the reconstructed sewerage system in the section Š953304 – Š7 and Š994565 – Š4 will be implemented with permanent deep drainage, namely through a system of hydrowells with a depth of 10 m and a number of 29 pcs. Reconstruction of public lighting, relocation of networks The reconstruction of Pekařská Street also includes the relocation of existing public lighting, as well as the relocation of networks (CETIN, MU, Vodafone, T-mobile, FASTER, DPMB communication cables). Tram line The construction will include the relocation of a double-track tram line on large-area reinforced concrete panels with the installation of NT1 and NT3 grooved rails, in the section from the intersection with Úvoz Street to the Šilingrovo náměstí stop. The relocation of the tram line includes the construction of 2 stops, 22 traction poles, the relocation of the overhead line, cable network, ELP supply cables and NN connections for ELP. The tram line will be built with a total length of approximately 653.50 m. The parameters for the renewal of the track must fully respect the internal guidelines of the Brno City Transport Company, as (hereinafter referred to as "DPMB"): • guideline T07 "TECHNICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF DPMB TRACTION LINES" as amended. • Directive T08 "TECHNICAL CONDITIONS FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF DPMB TRAM LINES" as amended • Directive T09 "TECHNICAL CONDITIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF DPMB TRAM LINES" as amended.This directive sets out the technical conditions for all reconstructions and construction of new tram lines, or track structures and intersections that are owned by DPMB, or are being prepared and designed for the purpose of future ownership by DPMB.
