The Railway administration, state organization in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for Subject of the public contract: a) Preparation of EIA documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "EIA documentation") in accordance with Section 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on Environmental Impact Assessment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DPS. b) Preparation of Project Documentation for the construction permit of transport infrastructure (DPS) in the BIM mode, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the procedure for the permit of the plan, obtain a valid permit of the plan (construction permit) in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act"), including the Opinion of the notified body in the phase of issuing the permit of the plan and the activities of the OHS coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OHS plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual. c) Processing and submitting an application for a planning permit in accordance with the Building Act, including all required documents, which will result in the issuance of a planning permit (construction permit). The Contractor will cooperate in issuing the relevant decisions until they become legally effective. d) Processing the Work in the BIM mode and creating a BIM Information Model in accordance with Annex No. 11 of the Contract for the Work, entitled BIM Protocol, including all its annexes. The Information Model is part of the Work and will be processed, negotiated and submitted continuously and together with other parts of the Work in accordance with the Performance Schedule in accordance with Annex No. 5 of the Contract for the Work. e) Coordination activities of the Contractor, the scope of which is the coordination of this contract and the contractors of the contracts "Railway Junction Brno, Černovice Stage", "Railway Junction Brno and Židenice Stage". The aim is to maintain a unified concept of the technical solution and all parts of the documentation. f) Preparation of the Project Plan Update (AZP) in accordance with the Rules for the Preparation and Implementation of Transport Infrastructure Actions Financed by the State Transport Infrastructure Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "MD Rules"). The Client reserves the scope of this performance as a change in the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 100, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The Contractor will perform the performance based on the Client's instructions if the expected investment costs are exceeded by 10% or if there are fundamental changes to the technical design of the construction. g) Creation of data for the needs of the operation of the GIS portal (system for the public), ongoing administration and updating of portal data based on the requirements of the Client or comments from the public. h) Performance of the Designer's Supervision during the preparation of the PDPS.
