Buying a new firewall

The Czech Statistical Office in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the performance is: - Purchase of 1 new FortiGate-120G firewall, PN: FG-120G + FortiCare Premium Support for three years. FortiCare Premium Support for 36 months (PN: FC-10-F120G-247-02-36 or equivalent registration for 3 years). The supplied equipment must be new. The use of any used components is not permitted. The HW warranty is 36 months. The equipment and license must come from the official distribution channel of the manufacturer Fortinet intended for the Czech market (CZ / EU). The license requires a full warranty for the entire 36 months from the date of its activation / handover. The bidder shall submit a sworn declaration in the offer that the offered goods are new, unused, come from official distribution and are not subject to any third-party rights. The supplier undertakes to jointly transfer / register the hardware and the FortiCare license to the official account of the contracting authority with the manufacturer (Fortinet Customer Service & Support portal). Evaluation of bids - the only criterion will be the total bid price, the evaluation method will be minimizing and automatic. The price must be stated excluding VAT. The result of the tender procedure will be an order for the winning bidder. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel this small-scale public contract until the contract is concluded with the selected supplier, even without giving a reason.
