Part 1 of the public contract: "Castle Stables - Community Hub - stables and dairy" The subject of the performance of part 1 of the public contract is the reconstruction of the original buildings of the former dairy and former stables, which are registered as part of a cultural monument. It also includes the construction of new buildings - a connecting corridor between two existing buildings, which will be implemented as a lightweight glass, aluminum structure. The main goal of the construction modifications is to stop the deterioration of the existing buildings and adjust the layout for new use as a community center for organizing educational, social and cultural events. The structurally, historically and historically valuable roof of the dairy building will be preserved to the maximum extent possible while simultaneously strengthening it according to the static assessment of Ing. Habrnal; only truly damaged original elements or their parts will be replaced piece by piece in the appropriate material, profiles and method of joining and processing; in the case of minor damage, repairs will be carried out using prosthetics, cladding and sealing in a traditional carpentry manner; new wooden elements of the truss structure will be prepared by hand-carving, their joining and joining will be carried out in a traditional carpentry manner; the scope of replacement of wooden elements, the method of making carpentry joints and other more detailed analysis will be discussed by the implementing company with the monument care workers before the start of the work. Part 2 of the public contract: "Castle Stables - Community Hub - Inhalatorium" The subject of the performance of the second part of the public contract is the construction of an inhalatorium, which will serve as a medical and relaxation facility. The inhalatorium is not designed as a medical facility. It is a wooden, partially roofed structure, in the center of which brine will circulate. The entire area of ​​the inhalatorium will be part of the outdoor areas of the park. More details in the project documentation and itemized budget. The castle park area, including the stables and the dairy, are cultural monuments. During the construction, the contractor is obliged to provide cooperation to representatives of the state monument preservation authority and the National Monuments Institute. Changes compared to the project documentation must be discussed with the state monument preservation authority. In the case of project implementation by two contractors, mutual coordination of construction works is necessary. Furthermore, the contractor is required to coordinate construction works during the implementation of the LV connection (investor ČEZ Distribuce, as). with tender notice no. 697143-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
