The Statutory city of Pilsen in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the implementation of a change of use of part of the 1st floor of the SO 02 building, namely the interior modifications for the use of the designed spaces (art studios, market halls, exhibition spaces, social facilities, storage spaces). This involves a new floor structure including renovation, replacement of facade fillings of windows and doors (the division of the fillings will be maintained, or adapted to the concept of the overall design of the SO 02 building), new dividing partitions and partial installation of a social facility for the storage area and in the studio spaces for the location of the gallery. A new facade will also be built in the designed part from the eastern, southern and western sides. The designed part of the interior modifications of the 1st floor in the SO 02 building partly respects the original layout of the exhibition and multifunctional space and only supplements it with the capacity of the social facilities, storage areas for equipping the exhibition areas and spaces for individual creativity according to current requirements. Interior renovation work will include the removal and disposal of building materials containing pollution and the presence of contaminants (petroleum substances and polyaromatic hydrocarbons according to the survey), a new floor structure, the construction of dividing walls and the replacement of interior doors according to the requirements of space usability and compliance with the PBR. The SO02 building is rectangular in shape and consists of a main central hall with an arched roof (multifunctional space-market) and adjacent parts with a counter roof (cafe, multifunctional exhibition spaces, studios-workshops, art studios, multifunctional hall). This building is partially basement (storage spaces and spaces for rent). The highest height is approximately 14.1 m (+skylights 15.6 m). with tender notice no. 713459-2026 published on 15 Oct 2026.
