The Statutory city of Teplice in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the provision of services consisting of the contracting authoritys insurance. The contracting authority, in accordance with Section 101 of the ZZVZ, divided the public contract into 2 parts, namely: a) property insurance and liability for damage or other harm, b) liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and accident insurance for vehicles, Part a) property insurance and liability for damage or other harm The subject of this part of the public contract is mainly insurance of immovable and movable property and liability insurance for damage or other harm from operating activities and insurance for damage or other harm caused by a product defect. The subject of the insurance will be ensured by concluding an insurance contract for a fixed period, i.e. for the period 1. 1. 2027 - 31. 12. 2028. The contracting authority will be in the position of the policyholder when performing the contract for this part of the public contract. Based on the insurance contract, the selected supplier will provide the contracting authority with the performance of the subject of this part of the public contract. Part b) liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and vehicle accident insurance (fleet insurance) The subject of this part of the public contract is mainly liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle (compulsory liability) and vehicle accident insurance. The subject of the insurance will be ensured by concluding an insurance contract for a fixed period, i.e. for the period 1. 1. 2027 - 31. 12. 2028. The contracting authority will be in the position of the policyholder when performing the contract for this part of the public contract. On the basis of the insurance contract, the selected supplier will provide the contracting authority with the performance of the subject of this part of the public contract. An insurance contract will be concluded with one selected supplier for each part of the public contract. The contracting authority has entrusted the insurance broker RENOMIA, as, with its registered office at Holandská 8, 639 00 Brno, Company Registration Number: 48391301, with the management (management) and processing of its insurance interest (hereinafter referred to as the “broker”). Business dealings relating to this insurance contract will be conducted exclusively through this broker.
