Concession – Design, construction and operation of an ice rink in the town of Bruntál

The City of Bruntal in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract - concession is the creation of the relevant stages of project documentation for the purposes of building an ice rink in the town of Bruntál (hereinafter referred to as "ZSB"), engineering activities related to the construction of the ZSB, the construction of the ZSB and the subsequent operation of the ZSB. In addition to the ZSB hall itself, the subject of design and construction is also the construction of outdoor volleyball courts and parking areas around the ZSB hall, including service access roads. However, the subsequent operation concerns only and exclusively the ZSB, not the outdoor volleyball courts, parking areas and access roads. The parking areas will be publicly accessible, including service access roads; the administration and operation of the outdoor volleyball courts will be ensured by the contracting authority at its own expense. The contracting authority has a valid permit to implement the construction of the ice rink (building permit) and the relevant project documentation, which form Annex No. 12 to this tender documentation. The supplier is entitled, but not obliged, to use this existing permit for the implementation of the subject of the public contract; its use is therefore only optional and is fully at the supplier's discretion. If the supplier decides to use the existing permit, it is obliged to ensure its subsequent change at its own expense, risk and responsibility, i.e. permission to change the plan before its completion within the meaning of Section 224 of the Construction Act, so that the permit corresponds to the project documentation prepared by it and the actual construction, no later than before the completion of the construction. The contracting authority does not provide a guarantee for the usability of the existing permit for the solution proposed by the supplier; the supplier bears full responsibility for assessing its usability, for the choice of procedure and for all consequences associated with it. The use or non-use of the existing permit has no effect on the bid price or the performance period. Details are provided in Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation.
